1. What can I expect after I place an order?
- If you purchased an original painting in the Shop:
Once your payment is processed, we will ship your order within ten business days.
- If you purchased a print in the Shop:
Once your payment is processed, our printing services partner will directly ship your order within ten business days.
- If you placed a custom order:
We will contact you within five business days to confirm the details of the painting and provide you with a quote. Once your payment is processed, we will ship your order within eight weeks.
2. Can I cancel an order prior to shipment or return an item for a refund?
- All processed orders are final and not refundable.
3. What if I want an original painting that is not available for sale?
- There are no two paintings that are exactly alike, but Anna can make a custom painting similar to the one of your choice! Please click on Custom Orders to place your order. We will contact you within five business days to confirm the details of your painting and provide you with a quote. Please note that any Custom Orders are final and not refundable.
4. Why is the painting or print I want not displayed on the Shop?
- Paintings that have already been sold and do not have a print option, are only displayed in the galleries. If you would like a similar painting, please fill out our Custom Orders form.
- Most prints in the shop are limited edition with maximum 25 reproductions available across different sizes. Once this quantity has been sold, the print will no longer be available.
5. What type of paper is used for the prints?
- For all available prints, we use a fine art paper,100% cotton fiber, acid and lignin free to ensure true archival longevity. Made in the U.S.A.
- The painting Americana is also available on a regular postcard paper for a more economical option.
6. What if I want a custom size for my print or have the image printed on canvas instead of fine art paper?
- Please contact us at info@annasyrkisart.com with your request and we will be happy to discuss your options with our printing partner.
7. What materials do you use to paint?
- The majority of paintings are acrylic on canvas. For details about a specific piece, please refer to its gallery page.
8. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do! Please email us at info@annasyrkisart.com with your request, and we will process your order manually. Please note that for international orders, you are responsible for shipping and customs fees.
